Ingredients

  • omit parsley Potato Croquette mixture
  • to fill Creamed Chicken, shrimp, or peas

Method

  1. Make Potato Croquette mixture, omitting parsley.
  2. Shape in small nests and fill with Creamed Chicken, shrimp, or peas. ( Creamed Chicken. )
  3. Cover nests with Croquette mixture, then roll in form of croquettes.
  4. Dip in crumbs, egg, and crumbs again; fry in deep fat, and drain on brown paper.
