Ingredients

  • 1½ squares Baker's chocolate.
  • 4 tablespoons sugar.
  • Few grains salt.
  • 1 cup boiling water.
  • 3 cups milk.

Method

  1. Scald milk ... boil one minute ... serve in chocolate cups with whipped cream.

Kitchen Notes

  • Scald milk means heat it until very hot, not boiling.
