Ingredients

  • two tablespoons ground coffee
  • as needed cold water

Method

  1. Allow two tablespoons ground coffee to one cup cold water.
  2. Add coffee to cold water, cover closely, and let stand over night.
  3. In the morning bring to boiling point.
  4. If carefully poured, a clear cup of coffee may be served.
