Ingredients

  • cod steaks
  • salt
  • pepper
  • granulated corn meal
  • slices fat salt pork

Method

  1. Clean steaks, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and dip in granulated corn meal.
  2. Try out slices of fat salt pork in frying-pan, remove scraps, and sauté steaks in fat.
