Halibut à la Rarebit.

Ingredients

  • two small slices halibut
  • salt
  • pepper
  • melted butter

Method

  1. Sprinkle two small slices halibut with salt and pepper, brush over with melted butter, place in dripping-pan on greased fish-sheet, and bake twelve minutes.
  2. Remove to hot platter for serving, and pour over it a Welsh Rarebit.

Kitchen Notes

  • A dripping-pan is a roasting pan.
