Quaker Oats Mush.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Quaker Rolled Oats.
  • 1¼ cups boiling water.
  • ½ teaspoon salt.

Method

  1. Add salt to boiling water; then add oats, and cook one-half hour in double boiler. Serve with sugar and cream. Any preparation of steamed rolled oats may be used.

  • A double boiler is a bowl or insert set over simmering water.
