Flaxseed Lemonade.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon whole flaxseed
- 1 pint boiling water
- lemon juice
- sugar
Method
- Pick over and wash flaxseed, add water, and cook two hours, keeping just below boiling point.
- Strain, add lemon juice, and sugar to taste.
