Grape Juice.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups Concord grapes.
- 1½ cup sugar.
- 1 cup cold water.
Method
- Wash, pick over, and remove stems from grapes; add water, and cook one and one-half hours in a double boiler.
- Add sugar, and cook twenty minutes.
- Strain and cool.

- A double boiler is a bowl or insert set over simmering water.
