Imperial Granum.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Imperial Granum.
- ½ cup scalded milk.
- ½ cup boiling water.
- Salt.
- Cold water.
Method
- Mix Granum with cold water to form a thin paste.
- Add to milk and water, and cook fifteen minutes in double boiler, then season. Increase the proportion of milk to the needs of the patient.
Kitchen Notes
- Scald milk means heat it until very hot, not boiling.
