Imperial Granum.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Imperial Granum.
  • ½ cup scalded milk.
  • ½ cup boiling water.
  • Salt.
  • Cold water.

Method

  1. Mix Granum with cold water to form a thin paste.
  2. Add to milk and water, and cook fifteen minutes in double boiler, then season. Increase the proportion of milk to the needs of the patient.

Kitchen Notes

  • Scald milk means heat it until very hot, not boiling.
